Meet the Official Judging Panel
Each application will be thoughtfully reviewed by a panel of professionals who understand the importance of confidence, family, creativity, and the Quinceañera experience. Together, they will evaluate eligible applications using the judging criteria published in the Official Rules.
Hector Torres
Founder & Lead Photographer
Hector Torres is an Arlington-based photographer and the founder of Hector Torres Photography, bringing more than 16 years of experience to Quinceaneras, weddings, portraits, and milestone celebrations throughout Texas.
Known for his relationship-driven approach, Hector believes meaningful photographs begin with trust, preparation, and a genuine connection with every family he serves. His work combines professional lighting, creative direction, cinematic storytelling, and timeless portraiture to help young women feel confident, celebrated, and fully seen.
As the creator of the 2027 Dream Quinceañera Experience and a member of the official judging panel, Hector brings an experienced photographer’s perspective to each application. He will look beyond appearances to consider each participant’s character, personal story, family connection, and the lasting impact this experience could have on her confidence and future.

Cecilia “Cece” Torres
Studio Coordinator & Client Experience Representative
Cecilia “Cece” Torres is an essential part of the heart behind Hector Torres Photography. Working alongside her husband, Hector, she helps create the warm, personal, and family-centered experience clients have come to know and trust.
From supporting families throughout their photography journey to assisting behind the scenes during Quinceañera portrait sessions, weddings, and special events, Cecilia brings patience, organization, and genuine care to every celebration. Her ability to connect with parents and young women helps clients feel comfortable and supported from the first consultation through the final experience.
As an official judge, Cecilia brings a compassionate, family-focused perspective. She understands that every application represents more than a portrait session—it represents a young woman’s story, her family’s love, and a milestone they will remember for generations.
Veronica Toledo
Professional Hair & Makeup Artist
Veronica Toledo is an accomplished Dallas–Fort Worth hair and makeup artist with more than 17 years of professional experience creating polished, camera-ready looks for Quinceañeras, brides, and special events.
For the past 15 years, Veronica has worked alongside Hector Torres Photography, helping shape a signature beauty and portrait experience built on trust, consistency, and creative collaboration. Together, they have developed an experience where professional styling and luxury portraiture come together seamlessly—helping every young woman feel confident, radiant, and prepared for the camera.
As an official judge, Veronica brings the perspective of a seasoned beauty professional and a deep understanding of the confidence, personality, and transformation that make each Quinceañera’s story unique.

Event Specialist Coordinator & Pageant Coach
Edna Tijerina is a respected Dallas–Fort Worth event professional and pageant coach with extensive experience helping families organize meaningful celebrations and encouraging young women to develop confidence, poise, and self-assurance.
For more than 15 years, Edna and Hector Torres have worked together as a trusted creative team. She played an influential role in Hector’s decision to enter the beauty and pageant side of photography, helping introduce him to an industry that later became an important part of the Hector Torres Photography brand.
Through Edna & Company, she brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented perspective shaped by years of working with special events, pageants, families, and young women preparing for important milestones. As an official judge, Edna will consider each applicant’s character, sincerity, personal growth, and the potential impact of the experience.

ELIGIBILITY
Who Can Enter the Dream Quinceanera Experience?
The 2027 Dream Quinceanera Experience is open to eligible families planning a Quinceañera celebration in 2027. A parent or legal guardian must complete the application and agree to the Official Rules.
Applicant Requirements
✦ The Quinceañera celebration must take place in 2027.
✦ The application must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
✦ The family must be available to participate in the portrait experience within the scheduled timeframe.
✦ The parent or legal guardian must sign all required agreements and model releases on behalf of the selected participant.
Location & Participation
✦ The portrait experience will take place in the Dallas–Fort Worth area unless otherwise approved.
✦ Travel, lodging, wardrobe, accessories, and event coverage are not included unless specifically stated.
✦ The selected family must respond within the time listed in the Official Rules.
✦ Additional eligibility requirements and restrictions will apply.
