01. Booking Your Exclusive Appointment

Your unforgettable experience begins with a personal appointment.
📍 Local Clients: Schedule an in-person consultation to discuss your vision, view portfolio pieces, and explore tailored packages.
🌎 Out-of-Town/Destination Clients: We’ll connect via Face-time or Zoom to ensure a thorough and personal experience.

02. Portrait Session Planning.
Once your Quinceañera date is officially booked, we’ll schedule your signature portrait session, ideally 2–3 months before your big day. This ensures your custom print is ready and framed in time to shine at your celebration.
03. The Day of the Portrait Session

On portrait day, expect an all-inclusive experience. Our team, including your photographer, assistant, and professional hair & makeup artist, will meet you at the agreed location. While hair and makeup are underway, our team captures behind-the-scenes footage and moments for your keepsake.
🎀 Once glam is complete, Cece (Hector’s wife and expert assistant) will lovingly assist the Quinceañera and her mom into the gown. This intimate preparation process may take up to 3 hours and is part of the magic.
04. The Portrait Session

With prep complete, we head to your dream location for the main portrait session.
⏳ Sessions can last up to 2 hours, depending on your selected package.
This is where storytelling, style, and elegance come together in timeless images that define your celebration.
05. Fast-Track Photo Editing.
Within 24–48 hours, your portraits will be professionally edited and ready for review. We prioritize efficiency without compromising artistic quality — ensuring a prompt and polished delivery.
06. Selection, Printing & Framing

You’ll choose your main portrait from the edited selections.
Once selected:
🖼️ We print the image and offer up to three premium framing options.
🎨 Prefer to leave it to us? Hector Torres Photography can hand-select the perfect frame that matches your style.
📦 When ready, your portrait can be picked up or delivered on the day of the Quinceañera.
07. Event Day Readiness

We stay in close communication as your event approaches, confirming timelines, discussing special details, and ensuring our arrival time aligns with your vision.
